Melinda Charles serves as Transition Services Coordinator for Lumity and is responsible for helping recent Lumity program graduates and alumni identify and pursue their next steps toward career success. Melinda’s experience includes workforce development, job development, and employment and training collaborations. She has worked both as a career coach and director of career services, helping connect students and jobseekers with opportunities. Melinda has also served as a program director for Catholic Charities in North Carolina.
