At Lumity, we build research-backed STEM programs and leverage our partner network to provide STEM career awareness and expand teens and young adults’ skill sets. By giving Chicagoland students access to out-of-the-classroom STEM opportunities and elevating their school curriculum, we aim to expand gender and racial equity in STEM — while giving the industry the talent and perspectives they’re missing.
