Justine Braun is a creative technologist and data scientist specializing in analytics, automation, and applied AI. She is Lumity’s first-ever Director of Data Operations & Impact, where she is building systems to streamline operations, expand data capture, and improve decision-making across marketing, operations, and program delivery. Her work focuses on creating a unified view of the participant journey—from outreach through alumni engagement—using machine learning and tailored reporting to help teams make better decisions and improve outcomes at every stage. Justine is also building out AI-focused curriculum and expanding partnerships across the tech and AI ecosystem.
