Kendra Toomey joined our team in 2024 as Program Operations Manager. Kendra brings more than 10 years of operations experience to her new role at Lumity. Throughout her career, she has focused on workforce development and fostering a culture of collaboration across the teams she leads. Kendra is an expert manager of complex projects with a personal passion for driving team engagement. She has earned a reputation as a leader, a problem-solver, and a team builder.
Kendra has experience developing scalable curricula and training resources. She is also a skilled facilitator with expertise in delivering in-person and digital workshops. Kendra earned her Bachelor of Applied Science from Western Illinois University, where she studied psychology and sociology.
