Aline has a long history of working in STEM, having graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Biochemistry. Following this, Aline pursued a career in healthcare but found that her true passions lay in youth development and mentorship.
She has additional experience in program coordination and career development for community college students. She now works at Lumity as the Transition Services Coordinator, where she provides direct support for Lumity participants in gaining acceptance to registered
apprenticeships and other employment opportunities
