Donate a Brick & Pave a New Pathway
To help bring our vision to life of completing the Lumity STEMWorks Training Center in Maywood’s outdoor space, we’ve launched a Donate-A-Brick Fundraiser! By purchasing bricks, you will become an integral part of the Lumity legacy, leaving a lasting mark on this important community resource for generations to come.

Support our Donate-A-Brick Fundraiser
The transformation at The Lumity STEMWorks Training Center in Maywood is nearly done, with one exception. We need your help to complete the outdoor space behind our building.
We asked our STEMWorks participants and recent graduates to share their ideas for creating an environment that is inviting and supportive of their training experience. Here’s their vision for the perfect outdoor space:
• A deck with covered seating
• A grill for preparing meals
• A basketball hoop for scrimmages
• Landscaping
• Additional workspace for their hands-on construction projects
To help bring their vision to life, we’ve launched a Donate-A-Brick Fundraiser! By purchasing bricks, you will become an integral part of the Lumity legacy, leaving a lasting mark on this important community resource for generations to come.
How It Works
There are two Donate-A-Brick options. Both allow you to personalize each brick with your own words of support. Laser engraving can include names, special occasions, custom messages, and inspirational quotes. You can even include your logo. You can use your brick to commemorate a loved one, celebrate the success of a Lumity graduate, thank volunteers, mark a special date or event, and show your company’s support.
OPTION 1
8 x 8 Brick with engraved name and personalized message (up to 6 lines of text; 20 characters per line). Cost per brick: $150
OPTION 2
8 x 8 Brick with engraved logo and personalized message (up to 5 lines of text; 20 characters per line). Cost per brick: $250
