Volunteer with goIT!
TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) is a long-time partner of Lumity. Together we’re working to increase student’s exposure to and interest in STEM-related careers. This July, Project Exploration & goIT-student technology awareness program are hosting a three-day camp to teach students concepts of programming, but we can’t do it alone!
You can help TCS and Lumity inspire students by volunteering your time for goIT!

More about TCS & goIT:
Computer Science & Information Technology will fuel the vast majority of future STEM careers, yet university enrollment in IT-related fields has decreased by more than 60% over the last decade in United States. Students are missing out on the benefits of a fulfilling career where they can use digital technology to solve real world problems.
To address this trend TCS created goIT, where our employees teach computer programming and mentor youth to increase STEM education and career awareness. goIT also covers career awareness workshops, hands-on technology education, teacher training and parent orientation. Last year, goIT impacted more than 1,800 students across 12 cities including Chicago. The program was so successful that Project Exploration has invited TCS to return this summer.
