This workshop is for CTC trainers who are interested in planning their own curriculum modules and aligning their CTC Curriculum with Illinois State Learning Standards. Learn how to develop a complete curriculum for each of your programs. PREREQUISITE: CTC Program Design and Implementation

Similar to the Administration class, this class for End-Users will show how easy it is to use Salesforce AFTER the application has been configured. This course will show you how simple work flows can provide the data users need to accomplish day-to-day tasks. We will also review how the easy interface enables you to make historical data available to multiple staff members and enhance productivity of the entire organization. Lastly, the extensive reporting and dashboard functionality of the application will be explored.
